I’m Joseph Teskey LMFT. I’ve been a therapist for a decade and someone who has sought authenticity and meaning my whole life. Along the way I’ve learned that being fully human - a man, a brother, a husband, a writer, a self- is often somehow the greatest gift and the hardest challenge. Our relationships - our loves, our friendships, our families- they matter, so much. They are why we’re here- and why we tear our hair and sometimes want to get out of here. I’ve learned this again and again (often the hard way).
